Missing the Big Screen

I guess am so happy here in Dipolog that I dint notice that ive been here for 1 year na.
Aside from my friends in Manila that i miss so much, (my saxophone, flute, and violin and books..that i so so so miss much much), I miss watching films in moviehouses...
Last time was in cebu...

SYNOPSIS

Based on Puccini's classic opera La Boheme, Jonathan Larson's revolutionary rock opera Rent tells the story of a group of bohemians struggling to live and pay their rent in the gritty background of New York's East Village. "Measuring their lives in love," these starving artists strive for success and acceptance while enduring the obstacles of poverty, illness and the AIDS epidemic.

One of the longest running shows on Broadway, Rent was the winner of the 1996 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, the Obie Award, the New York Drama Critics Circle Award, four Tony Awards and three Drama Desk awards.

I Dint expect that I could find a copy of “Rent” the movie here in Dipolog. I was actually looking for mp3 songs that I’ll be using for a project. Nature was so good to me tat tym that she left the last copy for me. aAnyway, I immediately bought the cd, stopped looking for the mp3, left my project, went home and watched the it.

I cried in the middle of the movie. I was home alone, and saw myself, my friends, our life in manila in the film. It was so…so…us.

what is it with these people?

Gusto ng gimik na maganda pero ayaw namang magbayad..pag may problema sa show lakas ng loob n magsabing panget eh ni isang beer nde umorder.

Yung iba naman umorder ng isang beer, good fro 5 hours naman. sarap sabihang, oist dami tao sa labas na may pambili ng beer, alis ka na muna sa table.

Naka ilang set na ang banda, sila pa yung sigaw ng sigaw ng "more! more!" murmurin ko kaya mukhya nyo.

In the end, nagkagulo sa labas...nyeta, sila pa ang nag umpisa ng gulo.
